The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation that is committed towards promoting consumer interest.
CaseTrust is the accreditation arm of CASE, and is Singapore’s de facto standard for companies who wish to demonstrate their commitment to fair trading and transparency to consumers.
CASE has commissioned Nexus Link Pte Ltd to conduct a study on consumer rights awareness in Singapore. The household surveys will be conducted from 15 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Respondents will be randomly selected.
During the survey, interviewers will carry a letter of authorisation letter from CASE, an Identity Pass issued by Nexus Link Pte Ltd and their NRIC for identification.
You may be approached to join Focus Group Discussions, which will be conducted virtually. If you’ve received an invitation, we welcome you to share your views.
