Overview

Given the high costs of buying a car in Singapore, one should remain vigilant when making the purchase. As such, CaseTrust introduced two accreditation schemes, one by CaseTrust and another jointly developed between CaseTrust and the Singapore Vehicles Traders Association (SVTA) in 2008. Criteria unique to the motoring industry are built into the motoring schemes to protect consumers from unethical practices.

Consumers can easily identify reliable car dealers simply by spotting the CaseTrust logo displayed in their showrooms.

CaseTrust-SVTA Accredited Motoring Business

The CaseTrust-SVTA Accreditation for Motoring Business was created with the Singapore Vehicle Traders Association (SVTA) in 2008, after identifying the most common errant practices that vehicle dealers have used on consumers.
