Brother International Singapore has been accredited with CaseTrust Gold (the highest tier of accreditation) for more than 18 years, distinguishing them as a best-of-the-best consumer-focused business. Consumer-focused businesses foster a company culture committed to enhancing consumer satisfaction and building strong business-consumer relationships. During the visit to their service centre, Brother International Singapore shared with us their consumer-friendly initiatives such as having in place a system for structured training and development for all staff to ensure that they deliver quality service. The management team also shared about how being accredited with CaseTrust Gold has benefitted and differentiated them from their competitors. As we expand CaseTrust accreditation to include SMEs and skill-based businesses, we will also do more to encourage industry leaders to undertake CaseTrust Gold accreditation.
