Job Description:
You are responsible for the overall success of CASE’s projects by ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements. As this is a new role, you will also have to draft and put in place the necessary procedures and policies, including IT security policy, user acceptance procedures, change management procedures, security audit policy, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Project Management

  1. Ensure that projects are executed as per the project plan and within the project budget Budget, manage, and execute the procurement life cycle of IT projects, including the procurement approach, drafting specifications, evaluation & clarification, recommendation and contracting in a timely and quality manner
  2. Develop project schedule and activities based on the appropriate implementation methodology
  3. Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures
  4. Define the change management plan to engage and set expectations of stakeholders Engage and manage the External Service Provider(s) (who supplies the people, processes, tools and methodologies) to deliver ICT solutions and services. This includes procurement, contract management and transition management
  5. Develop the appropriate IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and procedures and system are designed to comply with these policy and guidelines

Contract and Service Provider Management
  1. Manage the life cycle of the contract from contract initiation, transition, expiry or termination & handover
  2. Manage Service Provider's quality and performance to ensure that services are delivered according to the specified service levels and requirements including systems maintenance, enhancements, problem resolution and improvements

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
  1. Plan and develop strategy for system maintenance
  2. Plan and implement operation processes and procedures to manage the day-to-day operation of the system to ensure systems’ availability
  3. Manage project costs, including change requests/service requests, to ensure that projects remain within budget
  4. Able to manage project risks in a timely manner to ensure impact is mitigated

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 full mobile application project development life cycles
  • Advantageous to have:
    • Project Management Experience
    • Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
  • Results and customer oriented Team player with strong organization and people management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
