Consumer Alert - New self-service complaint kiosk at People's Park Complex

The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) would like to inform the public that that the self-service complaint kiosk located at People's Park Complex is currently in operation. Consumers who have a complaint against the mall retailers can make a complaint directly to CASE via the complaint kiosk.

We hope that the presence of the complaint kiosk will encourage retailers to practice fair trading in their transactions with consumers, and that consumers will be more aware of their recourse options when they have a dispute with a retailer.
